What are the delivery delays ?

Our delivery times vary depending on the product range:

  • Partner brand products: about 2 weeks

  • Horizon collection products: 6-7 weeks (superior quality, competitive prices)

What delivery options do you offer?

Horizon Sport offers two flexible delivery options:

  1. Carrier delivery to the address of your choice

  2. Pick-up at our warehouse: 555 Rue Chabanel Ouest, Suite 301, Montreal, H2N 1G6, Quebec (13 loading docks available)

What is your exchange and return policy?

  • Exchanges: Customized items cannot be exchanged.

  • Returns: Once the visual proof is approved and the product delivered is compliant and in good condition, returns are not accepted.
